Principle of successful venture

In the early days of my carrier I was working in a business institution as a trainer.
Well personally I know very less of what you call “Business”.
But I have a skill of delivering speech. That put me in the roll of a trainer. The training materials were provided by the authority. Mt job was to delver them in manner of training-presentation.
While doing the job I came across many business articles. Here I feel share some of them.
Every single moment some where on earth people are busy discussing business ventures.
People are busy planning new service, new business.
People are planning to make changes in the old system or policies to do better in business ventures. But very few of them taste the sweetness of success. The question is what makes a venture successful.

There is a basic principle of every successful venture-

# Right People
# Right Time
# Right Place

When these three criteria meet all together behind a venture, one can expect the venture to be turned into a successful venture.

People involved in a business system is the most vital I feel. No matter the number of people, but the quality people.
And the interpersonal trust, communication, understanding among the people is must.

Time and Place defines the necessity of the business. When at a given place a timely service is introduced by a team of dedicated understanding qualified people success is assured for the venture.
